However, colours displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in displays, lighting, photography, and device settings.

Minor variations in colour, stitching, texture, measurements, or finish may occur as part of normal garment manufacturing.

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve the product. An order is considered confirmed only after successful completion of the ordering process and, where applicable, payment confirmation.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation and refund of the affected item.

5. Pricing

All product prices displayed on the Elefae website are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes will be included or displayed as required.

Elefae reserves the right to change product prices, discounts, promotional offers, and other commercial terms from time to time.

Any price change will not normally affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed, except where required to correct an obvious pricing or technical error in accordance with applicable law.

When you place an order with Elefae, you confirm that the information provided—including your name, contact information, billing information, and delivery address—is accurate and complete.

After successfully placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication channel.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including cases involving:

• Incorrect pricing caused by a technical error

• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Delivery to an unserviceable location

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our refund process and applicable law.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Elefae currently delivers across India, subject to serviceability at the customer's delivery PIN code.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery after dispatch is generally expected within 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier availability.

Free shipping is available on orders of ₹1,900 or more.

For orders below ₹1,900, shipping charges may be calculated based on factors such as package weight, delivery location or distance, PIN code, and applicable logistics charges.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before the customer completes payment.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Elefae Return, Exchange & Refund Policy available on our website.

Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

Returned products may be required to meet applicable return conditions, including being unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights available to customers under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
